• Plan and execute short- and long-term vision for curriculum, instructional pedagogy, and teaching practice for a charter network of 12 schools, serving 3,500 students in grades K-8 across greater Cleveland, Ohio

• Collaborate with Network Academic Team to develop a crisis management response to lead our network through the COVID-19 Pandemic including instructional design, teacher training, operations, health and safety, talent management, and technology management

• Design and facilitate aligned professional development for Principals and Deans of Instruction

• Led the network in the adoption of two new curriculums

• Establish a clear and consistent approach to lesson internalization, preparation, planning, and execution

• Design and facilitate primary professional learning for general educators, and special educators

• Analyze communicate, respond to, and set and monitor goals around system, school, and classroom level data

• Coach and manage a team of 12 Instructional Leaders and 3 Content Specialists

• Manage a budget of $500k+
